Born in Paris, Fabrice moved to London, attracted by its vitality and diversity.
A former American football player and freestyle wrestler, he brings contrasting approaches; whether working with constant feedback as part of collective sport activities, or working in a mind-set that emphasises autonomy and self-structure. He is always keen to help each and every client to become the best version of themselves.

Fabrice is primarily based from a central The Gym Group location at London Waterloo, with easy access via train, bus and tube. Alternate bespoke arrangements can be made upon request.
